The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader. Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste, with inviting raspberry supported by lambic complexity. • Tap 23 - Petrus Aged Sour Pale Ale

Aged? Many beers have a long maturation, but this one has only 24-36 months in oak barrels. Pale? This beer has an old gold to bronze color, rather than the burgundy more common in the breweries of West Flanders. This is the ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. This mother beer is rather sour with a bite like the best Brut Champagnes. A connoisseur’s delight! The only one of its kind on the U.S. market.

  • Tap 24 - Brouwerij De Leite Cuvée Mam'zelle Barrel Aged Blonde Sour Ale

Trouble in paradise! A frivolous damsel enters the scene. It is a young lady that over a few months matured in oak wine barrels, which gave her a deep but soft-bitter tannin aftertaste. The taste is full and complex because the brewers induced a controlled souring during the ripening process. The Mam´zelle is by origin a blond beer. Ripening gave her a soft red glow. This is the reason why she is called ‘high-blond’. The alcohol percentage is 8.5 volume. Brewers maintain that she is ‘untameable’.

  • Tap 25 - Chimay Première Trappist Ale

An authentic Trappist Ale, is the first beer brewed by the monks of Chimay in 1862. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously.

  • Tap 56 - SweetWater G13 IPA

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.

Tap 64 - Florida Keys Iguana Bait Honey Hibiscus Kölsch

A honey hibiscus kölsch made with local Keys honey and hibiscus. A light, refreshing, keezy breezy beer with sweetness from the honey and a slight tart fruitiness from the hibiscus. Kölsch is a traditional German-style beer hailing from Cologne, made using only barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German-style kölsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because the local iguanas' favorite meal is big beautiful hibiscus flowers.
