Duchesse De Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer.
The original brewed Lambic. Letting this beer age for 1, 2 or 3 years and mixing those for fresh Lambic makes a Gueuze. A Gueuze is also bottle conditioned which gives it carbonation. The Lambic however is complete flat without bubbles. Available only in draught form. Girardin Oude Lambik: When enjoying, you should take in to consideration the character of the lambik. Presenting as higher in clarity and with little to no head formation, bombarding the palate with slightly lemon-grapefruit tang, tart, refreshing, naturally sour. Considered by many to be the finest lambic of all...the "Oude Lambik".
Years before the startup of the brewery the brewers of Eutropius started their own home brewery. The brand 'Oscar', first a beer with no name, was the first beer that was succesfull. In competitions between friends who also brewed at home Oscar was mostly considered the best beer.

In these late nights and wee hours that hallowed responsibility falls to the shoulders of the overnight Brew Crew. These brewing soloists brave the long nights, often alone, to do what needs to be done. Most areas of the brewery are dark or in shadows. Throughout the night the cellars resonate with the occasional knocking of expanding and contracting pipes. It can be a bit spooky to hear the brewery creak and groan as if possessed by a spirit randomly knocking about with a mallet. This IPA, liberally hopped with Loral, honors our intrepid overnight team by naming it after their mischievous poltergeist companion – the Ghost Hammer.

We are proud once again to shine the spotlight on New York State hop farmers with the release of 2019 Hopstate IPA, an India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with New York State hops and New York-sourced barley malt. Hopstate IPA is a 7.4% ABV, 45 IBU IPA hopped with Cascade, Chinook, Michigan Copper, and Triple Pearl varietals and brewed with NY two-row malt and carasteam malt. It pours hazy pale orange with a lively white head. Bright citrus notes dominate the aroma along with vibrant floral hop character. Flavors of fresh-squeezed orange juice are married to a soft, pillowy mouthfeel with moderate bitterness, and a slightly sweet finish with hints of candied orange peel.

This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
