  • Tap 25 - Westmalle Dubbel Trappist Ale

The Westmalle Abbey, north of Antwerp in Flanders, Belgium, was founded in 1794 and began to brew beer in 1836. The brewery is one of only seven Trappist breweries in the world, and is renowned for defining the Dubbel (or Double) and Tripel (or Triple) styles. Amber-brown color, with a subtle deep-caramel aroma and flavor balanced by Belgian yeast character. Deeply malty, with a dry finish that hints at tropical fruit, this is the classic Belgian Double, or in Flemish "Dubbel."

  • Tap 28 - Spencer Trappist Ale

America's First Trappist Beer - Our recipe was inspired by the traditional refectory ales known as patersbier (“fathers’ beer” in Flemish) in Belgium. These sessionable beers are brewed by the monks for their dinner table and are typically only available at the monastery. Spencer is a full-bodied, golden-hued ale with fruity accents, a dry finish and light hop bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving live yeast that naturally carbonates the beer and contributes to the beer flavor and aroma.

A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.

Tap 33 - Tampa Bay Moosekiller Barleywine Ale

For those who don't know, Moosekiller is one of the original TBBC brews, a cult-classic brewed in the Barleywine style. A strong, robust, hard-hitting, malt forward beer with a refined intensity. The Moose Killer recipe was born in 1995 and after an evening of “Quality Assurance” testing, it was agreed that this Barleywine could indeed bring down a moose! A full-bodied, high octane ale that is ruby red in color, balanced out by 100 IBU Hop Payload. Biscuity up-front, smoothed out with flavors of raisin and toffee, followed by pine and herbal notes finish off the tasting with a welcomed bitterness, notes of sweet caramel & a hint of booze.

Tap 34 - OBP2 Orange Blossom Pilsner Squared

When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.

Instead, it develops you in the middle, followed by a refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. It is called the "model of meter" among beers. All other pilsners are a better or worse attempt to copy the original - the first ever Pilsner Urquell. Its unparalleled exceptionality is guaranteed by the same recipe dating from 1842.

Old Chub is a brobdingnagian celebration of aggressively shattering the status quo. This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale strays far from convention, as it's brewed with a recklessly bodacious amount of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood smoked malt. It features semi sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a wee bit of smoke. It's a powerful, head turning trip for malt heads and folks who think they don't dig dark beer.

  • Tap 43 - Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel

Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

  • Tap 56 - SweetWater G13 IPA

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.

Tempting Banoffee aromas and flavors are balanced by the silky richness of a masterful malt blend and the peppery spice of the freshest, ripest hops.

Tap 62 - Sailfish Papaya Lager

How do you add the tropics to a Munich Helles lager? Papaya! This lager is brewed with noble hops. Traditionally light in color and not overly sweet, but rather focuses on malt flavor with underlying hop bitterness in a supporting role. The addition of papaya adds a mild, sweet tropical flavor; a cross between a mango and a cantaloupe. Enjoy this traditional tropical marriage.

Tap 64 - Florida Keys Iguana Bait Honey Hibiscus Kölsch

A honey hibiscus kölsch made with local Keys honey and hibiscus. A light, refreshing, keezy breezy beer with sweetness from the honey and a slight tart fruitiness from the hibiscus. Kölsch is a traditional German-style beer hailing from Cologne, made using only barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German-style kölsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because the local iguanas' favorite meal is big beautiful hibiscus flowers.
