Blackwater Series Special Release - Dessert Beer with notes of Dark Chocolate The Popol Vuh, the sacred book of the Maya, unfolds a complex web of mystery around a beverage known as Xocoatl. It encompasses the complexity of the darkest, bittersweet candy together with that of the original frothy beverage of the Mayans. We combine the finest ingredients to tempt your senses & pay homage to history in every glass.

  • Tap 07 - Magners Original Irish Hard Cider

We love making cider, but we reckon there’s only one way to do it properly. That’s why we’re still taking inspiration from the historic methods we used when we started making cider back in 1935. That’s part of the Magners taste. So in this way we use 17 varieties of apples, waiting until they drop before pressing and filtering them in the traditional way. We take time to ferment the cider and even more time to let it mature, up to 2 years in fact, tasting it along the way. Sure, there are faster ways of making cider, but then it wouldn’t be Magners.

Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.

In this brew, lightly toasted malts with subtly spicy hops blend into cinnamon flavors and creamy lactose sugar. Their coalescence is so uncannily close to fresh baked cinnamon rolls that it was impossible to name this beer anything other than Cinnamon Roll Imperial Ale!

  • Tap 19 - Southern Tier 2xMAS Seasonal Spiced Ale

Spiced Double Ale with fig paste, orange peels, ginger root, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Swedish flags are a fairly common sight in our part of the country. Holiday parties often have warm concoctions of spices and booze at the ready to knock the ice off of toes while raising spirits. We were inspired by a “Glögg” party, deciding on the spot to brew a beer that pays tribute to this Nordic tradition. 2XMAS ale combines traditional brewing ingredients with figs, orange peels, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and ginger root. It’s a holiday addition to the 2X line and another reason to toast to the season, but unlike Glögg, we recommend serving this one chilled.

Dare Mighty Things. Whatever that may mean to you. For us, that meant brewing a daringly dry-hopped IPA with loads of mighty whole flower American hops. Just as our founders were inspired to #DareMightyThings when they founded Victory Brewing Company in 1996, we too were inspired by Teddy Roosevelt when it came to brewing one of your new favorite DIPAs. Pours a hazy dark yellow. Huge dank aromatics. Piney and orange rinds. Mango. Tropical. All over the place. Body is lucious with a minor amount of biscuit malt that backs an otherwise huge hop-load. Alcohol is very well hidden, not a touch of booze. A minor biitterness in the finish. One fine DIPA. Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Azacca

Find your hoppy place. Alpine’s Double IPA is mega-hopped in true West Coast-style. We use hops in the boil, more hops in the hop-back and an absurd amount of dry-hopping to achieve the beer’s signature, cutting-edge “hop bite.” Resinous with a pale golden hue and a bright white beer foam, the aroma presents pine notes that are dominated by sweet citrus with some perfume like qualities. The bold hop character is balanced perfectly by the caramel malt sweetness.
