The black widow is fruit-forward, yet tart, with a tantalizing complexity, made with blackberries and freshly pressed New York apples.
Hard Cider with Cherry & Honey added. -- It all starts with a deep pink and clear appearance with a light, lacy head that quickly dissipates. Then a crisp, clean apple cider, round, ripe tart cherry flavor to follow. It's the tart cherry sweetness up front with full, yet crisp fermented cider. Heavy apple skin compliments the cherry. Sweet, creamy honey rounds the flavor and balances the tartness of the cherry. Light carbonation lifts the flavor while the honey smooths the overall mouthfeel. Finishes crisp and clean.
Apples are pretty great primarily because you can use apples to make apple pie and apple cider. But why just one or the other? Have your pie and drink it too! All the flavors and aroma of fresh apple pie: cinnamon, vanilla, a hint of baked pie crust and of course apples.
Everything you expect from a caramel apple except the stick! Sweet and delicious.

Any apprehensions about the rest of your day are quickly forgotten, for whatever the mind expects, it finds.
SUPER SMOOTH WITH SOFT ROASTINESS AND MOCHA FLAVORS. Taking America Back. Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness.
Draft Exclusive Our tart and refreshing homage to raspberries, Rubaeus, is softened up and rounded out with the infusion of nitrogen. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel gives the assertiveness of the raspberries a moment to linger on the tongue, bringing out a deeper, more complex richness to the beer. Brewed with pale wheat malt and crystal hops to allow the raspberries to shine.
Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.
The History of Framboise: Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader. Taste: Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste, with inviting raspberry supported by lambic complexity. Deep reddish-purple color with pink head.

The Ringmaster Raspberry has an unmistakable pink hue and perfect balance of sweet and tart. Made with hundreds of pounds of fresh raspberries and a hint of lemon, this is a perfect Florida summer beer!
Served as a summertime quencher, Festina is delicately hopped and has a pale straw color. To soften the intense sourness, Berliner Weisse is traditionally served with a dash of essence of woodruff or raspberry syrup. In Festina Peche, since the natural peach sugars are eaten by the yeast, the fruit complexity is woven into both the aroma and the taste of the beer so there is no need to doctor it with woodruff or raspberry syrup.
Brooklyn Bel Air Sour is full of surprises. Our sour ale starts up with bright notes of tropical fruit yet finishes crisp and gently tart. It's a trip that's laid back, breezy, and completely refreshing.
Aged? Many beers have a long maturation, but this one has only 24-36 months in oak barrels. Pale? This beer has an old gold to bronze color, rather than the burgundy more common in the breweries of West Flanders. This is the ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. This mother beer is rather sour with a bite like the best Brut Champagnes. A connoisseur’s delight! The only one of its kind on the U.S. market.
A collaboration between Dogfish Head and Browerij De Brabandere - brewers of Petrus Sour Beers. Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders traveled all the way to Belgium to brew Saison de Pale for Philly Loves Beer's annual Philly Beer Week! Saison de Pale is a Belgian Ale brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rye malts, and is balanced with Saaz hops. The Saison yeast gives forth peppery, herbal and bready aromas which carry through to the flavor. The Saison alone is soft and finishes dry and refreshing. 15% Petrus Aged Pale is blended in bringing a nice tension to the beer, making it gently tart and extra quenching. The beer remains unfiltered, which provides a medium body and smooth mouthfeel to the drinking experience.
The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.
Smooth and subtle. Leffe Blond is an authentic blond abbey beer with a slight hint of bitterness to it. "Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."
First Quadrupel in the world. - 25 years ago, The Koningshoeven brewery baptized her beloved Quadrupel under the approving glance of the monks. A closely guarded recipe became reality, and the first Quadrupel beer in the world was born. Warm amber-coloured with a crème-coloured head. Aroma has hints of cloves and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel. Smooth and light bitter aftertaste.
A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.
Award-winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust.
This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!
Barrel-Aged Series Special Release - Dankwood - Imperial Red IPA aged in Bourbon Barrels What do you get when a big, bold imperial red IPA meets an oak bourbon barrel? A dank, sticky and slightly sweet sipper, Dankwood is the perfect alchemy of wood and hops. RATEBEER RATING: 96
Barrel-Aged Series Special Release - Curmudgeon’s Better Half - Old Ale brewed with Molasses and aged in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels What tames an old ale like Curmudgeon? The tender embrace of oak and sweet maple, that’s what. The result is Curmudgeon’s Better Half, a harmonious matrimony of our deceptively smooth old ale brewed with molasses and time spent aging in bourbon barrels that have previously held maple syrup. Because all counterparts should be sweet, rich and utterly delicious. RATEBEER RATING: 99
Our Beer. Our Way. A craft lager built on independence and our ability to brew our beer our way. Rich golden color, perfect clarity with active head. Hoppy with a crisp malt backbone.
While most lagers give away most of their taste profile in the front of the mouth, Pilsner Urquell only hints at its flavour there. Instead, it develops you in the middle, followed by a refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. It is called the "model of meter" among beers. All other pilsners are a better or worse attempt to copy the original - the first ever Pilsner Urquell. Its unparalleled exceptionality is guaranteed by the same recipe dating from 1842.
Traditional malted barley and the finest European hops give Stella Artois its superior quality and full characteristic flavor. The history of Stella Artois can be traced back to 1366 in Leuven, Belgium.
A hoppy saison, why? 'Cause that's how we do! Clean, crisp, light, and refreshing but of course a little bit of florida cloud in the beer to remind you that and good farmhouse has to be prepared for rain.
Classic German Kolsch. Delicately balanced golden ale brewed with German Noble hops.
A refreshing Belgian wheat ale, very pale in color. Brewed with Florida oranges, coriander and white pepper. Like the Marlin it is named after, the Hefeweizen is light and nimble with its pilsner and pale malt profile, traditional German hops, and yeast from the oldest brewery in the world. Prost.
Trigo - Hoppy Wheat Lager We’re strong believers that the only thing better than brewing beer is brewing beer with friends. We worked with our pals at Mahou San Miguel to bring the recipe for Trigo (Spanish for ‘wheat’) to life. They brought their lager-brewing expertise and we brought our hopping expertise. The result is a clean and crisp wheat lager with big, American-hopped aromatics. Salud!
“Helles” means “pale in color,” as these beers are often golden. The German-style Helles lager is a bit rounder or fuller-bodied than light lager and even all-malt pilsners. Helles lager beers offer a touch of sweetness that balance a measurable addition of spicy German hop flavor and light bitterness.

Registered with The Vegan Society; suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
The magical, mystical 12th of Never is a blend of Old and New School hops that play bright citrus, rich coconut, and papaya-esque flavors, all on a solid stage of English puffed wheat. Tropically hoppy. Light, yet full-bodied. Bright and citrusy. The 12th of Never Ale is everything we’ve learned about making hop-forward beer expressed in a moderate voice. Pale, cold, slightly alcoholic and bitter. It’s all we know.

This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
A style-defining New England-Style Double IPA that delivers big on juice and haze. Flavors of Grapefruit, Citrus Rind, Pineapple, and Papaya throughout this full bodied Double IPA.

Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly.
